masterSpool is an Advanced Spool File Manager masterSpool obviously runs: -Copying: extra set's of documents with same data's but different conditional forms -Splitting: retrieve specific pages from a large spool Sorting : sort different files according to a common criterion Furthermore: -masterSpool sorts multiple copies (1,2,3 original - 1,2,3 duplicata…) -Sorts variable number of copies according to each customer (e.g. Invoices). Generate auto numbering of folios n/n. for each criterion. -Inserts variable images from the network into a print flow. -Applies O.M.R codes for automatic folder/mailer/ inserter (Pitney, Neopost, Hasler…) -Using data from the spool to dynamically produce documents that can be processed in office environments. This function integrates line and field selection options making it possible to extract only that information required. masterSpool allows to insert data from DDS into graphical document fields. Allows all the spool management processes to be automated.
